i'm so beat i almost didn't post about today's release!
blood. sweat. carrots. today's push marks a major milestone for us. vSide introduces two all-new districts (LaGenoaAires and RaiJuku) into our immersive 3D virtual world, tripling our environment size. there are tons of new music venues, virtual goods, clubs, and shops to check out. earn Respekt to gain access to exclusive VIP areas, clothes, accessories, and host your own party in a hotel suite or loft.
words can't describe the new product (and i'm pooped), so you should look for yourself. here's the What's New thingy i posted. i seriously can't write anymore.

Woooo! We just shipped Beta 11 of The Music Lounge. It always gets crazy around ship time, and the unusually-full ashtray outside the office could attest to that.
My favorite new features in this release: brand new virtual stores including Kitson and Rocawear stores, a ton of new clothes and accessories, warehouse lofts apartment teaser, ability to buy Creds, new emotes, and a staff screencap camera that broadcasts onto big screens in-world. We're also back on 24/7.

What's New in the Client
- You asked, we listened: virtual clothes and accessories now for sale in the PCD store! Buy them with Creds, our virtual currency. (For now, you'll only be able to get Creds through Lounge contests.)
- New locations! DJ AM's Club LAX is here! The Tyra studio has a brand new Green Room section! Check them out!
- Invite your friends to join the Lounge with our snazzy, easy-to-use Invite functions in the client and on the Web
- New stuff! Hairstyles, clothes and accessories for guys and girls. Guys, you've also got facial hair!
- Much cooler snapshot tool: choose a background, pose, and catch a preview before you post. Pics of your friends now look better too.
- Whisper and teleport to your friends, even if they're on different servers. Tell your friends in San Francisco what's happening in Miami.
- Microphones. No need to yell anymore?celebrities, hosts, and guests now get a mic.
- Slideshow and video screens near the disco rooms on the third floor of the PCD club
What's New on the Web
- Improved website front page
- Avatar picture quality improvements
- Improved tagging - common tags to you are highlighted, and copy tags you like to your own profile. Update your profile today!
- Improved music ratings including the ability to tag tracks
Fixes and tweaks
- Single sign-on. If you're signed in to the Lounge, you're also now signed into your profile page (finally!)
- No more cross-dressing: if you're a girl on your profile page, you're a girl in the Lounge. Wrong gender? Go to your profile to fix it!
- New users now start off in the wardrobe screen.
And don't forget these important tips
- Visit the forums for the latest in Lounge events and contests. Regular events happening weekly!
- STAFF and MODs have red usernames
- Double-click on someone to whisper to them
- Type /r to respond to the person who just whispered to you
- Press ALT-V to bring up your orbit cam
- Press CTRL-T to bring up La Studio Dancetastique (still rough)
- Sometimes the cursor disappears. If that happens to you, try clicking and right-clicking to bring it back
